Hi, my name is Jackson Bryant and I'm passionate about calisthenics, whether that be bodyweight movement, handstands, or flexibility.
Throughout the past decade, I've gathered experience in training everything from bodybuilding to cardio, developing hundreds of programs trying to learn what the key to health is. However, it wasn't until a few years ago that I began utilising a more holistic approach towards fitness, nutrition and life. I immersed myself in research, books, videos, and courses, refining my knowledge and opening my eyes to the beauty that is fitness.
This has lead to the person I am today, both physically and mentally, as well as the fitness ideologies I hold. This leads me to Carve Calisthenics.
Carve Calisthenics is a combination of two influences, one being the sheer art of bodyweight movement, and the other being the mental resilience to continuously strive to be better. Carving away at ourselves promotes an energy that is purposeful, resilient, disciplined, and mindful, providing the abilities to fight for worthy causes and achieve greatness while encouraging inwards reflection and gratitude, allowing us to appreciate the effort, focus, and dedication we've invested into our training to reach our goals.
